Hi Saundra, thanks for following on my blog. I'm now following on yours too. I love this little drawing. I draw too, but just haven't done it as much lately since I'm working in an art journal and playing with collage.
Now, back to explore your blog.

Blessings on your day,

Hooray for PanPastels!

I have been having way too much fun playing with my PanPastels! And just like the name says, these are pastels in a pan. This is because there is so little binder in them that they wouldn't function in stick form. They are almost pure pigment, so a small amount goes a long way and with very little excess dust. These spongy foam tools were developed specifically to be used with them, and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. There are flexible pallet knives with foam cov...

The window section is backed by a 4.5 x 4.5 square of vellum. Use a 2-way glue pen on the back of the castle and bat to adhere them to the vellum, and plain scotch tape to attach the outer edge of the vellum to the inside of the luminary. Embellish with paint and stickers. When the paint is dry roll the luminary into a cylinder to shape it, I used a rolling pin. Tape the edges together on the ...
